Are you Awake or Asleep?

This visual below (author unknown) is a wonderful tool to check in to see how you are feeling and doing. Don’t be alarmed if you recognize some attraction to the “Asleep” column. We all relate to moving in an out of those states at times because we are all mere mortals! But if you see that you live more dominantly in one of these areas, it’s time to “Awaken”. Place your concentration and tune in to the opposite thought/feeling form ( under “awake” column). Use that as your focal point to call forth how you would like to feel “NOW” and where you would like your heart to live. By recognizing this intention, notice how it automatically bears a more light-hearted emotional & physiological sensation. Continue to embrace daily this way of being into your consciousness. Enjoy its unfoldment and the greater joy and fulfillment that is sure to follow.

I wanted to let everyone know that I posted this up on my fridge as an everyday reminder. Love it! Are YOU awake?
Here’s the best part, I actually put it up for the rest of my family to see, their response, “there was something new on the fridge?”
It made me realize how important it is to really “put it out there” if you want to see change and keep people informed.
